Easy, quick and reliable assembly
- With fixing screw screwed in at an angle, extremely high tensile force is applied to the head of the anchor screw (zinc-plated steel with hardened anchor head) and consequently the counterpart firmly pressed against.
As a guideline, the following test was carried out:
- The universal connector was used as a shelf support: Connector with ∅ 40 mm and an anchor screw for wood 10 x 140 mm
The holder was installed in a 28 mm chipboard wall and the anchor screw screwed in a 50 mm thick and 400 mm deep chipboard shelf.
The max. load capacity is max. 15 kg with even weight distribution across the entire shelf depth and length 1000 mm. Axis distance of the anchor screw 700 mm.
As there are large variations in the strength of the materials to be used, we recommend a self-test.
