PERFECT sanitary neutral silicone is ideal for use in indoor and outdoor expansion joints, particularly in sanitary applications. It is ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and other applications requiring low-odour, rapidly curing sealing.
- The substrate must be load-bearing, clean, dry and free from grease, rust and water.
- Do not apply in heavy rain.
- Observe the joint dimensions.
- Backfill the joints with PE backer rod.
- Adhesion can be improved on absorbent or porous surfaces by using an adhesion primer, e.g. silicone primer.
- Smoothing agents may only be used before skin formation and must then be completely removed using a smoothing tool. Excess product next to the joint must also be removed immediately, otherwise staining may occur.
