The LIGHT hazard warning adhesive tape is made from soft PVC and is ideal for edges, work areas, passenger car lifts, steps, bundles and markings that change frequently.
It is suitable for indoor use, e.g. in production facilities, manufacturing halls, warehouse halls, sales centres, workshops, sales rooms, sports halls, trade fair halls and all public buildings.
The tape is very simple to apply to smooth concrete screed, EP/PU/MMA coatings or tiles and can be walked on immediately after bonding. It is suitable for temporary or frequently changing markings but not intended for continuous vehicle traffic.
The yellow and black tape is very noticeable, even from a distance. The colour combination supports standards-compliant hazard warning and improves navigation.
The red and white signal colours clearly indicate restricted or dangerous areas, even from a distance.
For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces - particularly concrete and asphalt, untreated and uncoated wood and all rough and grained surfaces.
The hazard warning adhesive tape must be pressed into place following installation to improve adhesion and durability. A press-on roller is particularly suitable for this purpose.
