NoticeEach purchase of the LOOQER diagnostics interface comes with your choice of four LOOQIT StartUp software packages.


  • The included StartUp licences are valid for 12 months. Starting from the 13th month, you will be automatically transferred to one of the standard Expert, Expert Data, Expert Assist or Expert Data Assist licences.

  • Once you have been transferred to a standard licence, you will be invoiced monthly for the relevant licence, which can be upgraded as required.


LOOQIT licence packages:
  • EXPERT: Diagnostics for all available control units in the vehicle. For cars and vans.

  • EXPERT DATA: Expert software package plus information on technical data.

  • EXPERT ASSIST: Expert software package plus services provided by the WOW! vehicle technical support hotline.

  • EXPERT DATA ASSIST: Expert Data software package plus services provided by the WOW! vehicle technical support hotline.
