Variants
- The heat-shrink tubing for support of anchor points (∅ 24 mm) is available in 3 lengths (300, 600 or 1200 mm) and is individually shortened
- The tubing is heated with a hot air gun and then tightens around the sealing collar and securing device
Application area
- The ABS LockSeal heat-shrink tubing is used to extend the ABS LockSeal sealing collars, e.g. for use on inverted roofs
- A heat source (e.g. a hot air gun) is required to shrink the tubing
- After the heat-shrink tubing has been fitted, it tightens around the support and the sealing collar when heated, so that the vapour barrier is fully restored and no moisture can penetrate into the component
