Particularly suitable for many types of soft wood. For filling veneer cracks, lengthwise and lateral scratches, holes, dents, small cracks and scratches, and smaller open joints not subject to greater stresses such as cabinet sides, backs or doors.
Remove crumbly and splintered parts, and clean damaged rims. Where necessary, adjust the base colour for lighter tones in advance. Remove some of the wax with a plastic plane (art. no. 0890 305 30) and treat the damaged area. Remove excessive wax using the plastic plane. Important: Plane with rounded grooves for edges and soft woods and sharp grooves for surfaces.
Seal with clear varnish (art. no. 0893 188 2/0893 188 3) afterwards. Trace the wood grain with touching-up materials and restore the pore pattern. Finally, spray clear varnish on the treated area again (spraying distance 30–40 cm) to protect the area from dust and dirt, and to seal it.
