For calibrating radar-based driver assistance systems
  • Required for the static adjustment of radar systems (e.g. Adaptive Cruise Control) that are available in the various vehicle models.

  • Radar sensors are checked and adjusted in three stages using the reflector plate and the WOW! diagnostics software.

  • Includes reflector plate with three-step suspension, holding device for distance lasers and distance lasers for precise distance measurement of the vehicle for the ACS cars tool

Calibration and adjustment of radar-based driver assistance systems (e.g. Adaptive Cruise Control)

Instructions

Attach the radar kit 2 to the laser beam of the ACS cars tools and align the tool parallel to the front of the vehicle according to the adjustment specification from the diagnostics software. Remeasure the specified vehicle distance from the tool (vehicle-specific) and the position of the radar kit at the defined points. Perform the other calibration work steps using the menu guide in the diagnostics software.
