Variants

Extremely fast drilling speed

Drilling capacity up to three times greater than that of other wet core drill bits thanks to innovative segment sintering process (CLEANTEC). The premium diamonds with extremely effective cutting edges are optimally and uniformly integrated into the segment, so diamonds will not come loose prematurely. The new Würth CLEANTEC technology

delivers a unique, flexible diamond segment that is able to meet even the most demanding requirements in applications involving reinforced concrete.

Extra-long service life

Very high segments in comparison with competitor products double or even triple the service life.

Viscoplastic yet high-strength segment connection

The special high-frequency induction process (HFI) significantly reduces the breakage of diamond segments from the core drill bit (in contrast to other processes) - even in the most demanding of applications.

A single core bit for almost all construction materials

This means that the user almost always has the right bit for their application at the construction site.

Less resistance in the material

The segments, which are approx. 10 % narrower than in competitor products, prevent unnecessary friction losses. This makes tapping easier too.

Notice

Iron reinforcements may only be drilled through with permission from a structural engineer!
