Ultrafuse® TPU 95A has been specially developed to enable fast and easy printing with a flexible filament in fused filament fabrication. This material is based on the widely used thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which is known for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost effectiveness. Its outstanding abrasion resistance makes Ultrafuse® TPU 95A the ideal choice for wear applications. Parts printed with this material benefit from high elongation at break, good layer adhesion and good resistance to oils and industrial chemicals. Ultrafuse® TPU 95A demonstrates a balanced profile of flexibility and durability. It is also easier and faster to print than softer types of TPU. Its excellent printing behaviour makes Ultrafuse® TPU 95A an excellent choice for entry-level printing of flexible materials on direct drive and Bowden-style printers.
