Ultrafuse® TPU 64D combines the best of both worlds: It is a strong yet flexible filament for fused filament fabrication, and is suitable for use with all FFF technologies. This material is based on the widely used thermoplastic polyurethane Elastollan, which is known for maximum reliability, consistent product quality and cost effectiveness. Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is highly compatible with water-soluble supports. Its property profile makes Ultrafuse® TPU 64D an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS for manufacturing tools, equipment and brackets. Ultrafuse® TPU 64D can be printed easily on direct printers and Bowden-style printers and is compatible with the soluble BVOH support to achieve the most complex geometries. Ultrafuse® TPU 64D is based on food-grade raw materials (granules) suitable for applications involving contact with food in accordance with the EU's plastics regulation.
