The nylon scraper is suitable for removing stubborn dirt such as crumbs, chocolate, burnt food etc. from smooth surfaces. The nylon blade is a good alternative to stainless steel blades and can be used for sensitive surfaces (e.g. auxiliary equipment, conveyor belts), as it prevents scratches. The hard blade can withstand hot surfaces if it is used for a maximum of 2 minutes at a time. The scraper can be combined with all Vikan shafts.
