The operating conditions for the self-crosslinking PE-HDS (HD-X b S) panel heating system are as set out in EN 15875.
The pipe systems are categorised into application classes. These specify the maximum operating temperatures over a defined period (based on a life cycle of 50 years).
The relevant permissible operating pressures should be taken from: Application class 4 (panel heating)
Operating temperatures: 20 °C for 2.5 years
+40 °C for 20 years
+60 °C for 25 years
+70 °C for 2.5 years
Malfunction temperature: 100 °C for up to 100 hours
