Variants
- Perfect final sanding suitable for high surface requirements with significantly lower roughness depth, without producing a high-gloss finish
- Very long service life and even distribution of the abrasive grain ensure a consistent grinding finish on the workpiece
- Extra-reinforced nylon non-woven abrasive with three-dimensional non-woven structure for a more compact and abrasive design, resulting in a considerably higher edge strength
- The flexible and elasticated structure of the non-woven fabric ensures optimal adaptation to the workpiece
- No change to the geometry of the workpiece
- For use on pneumatic die grinders with angled, flexible shafts
- 75 mm discs can also be used on 115 mm pneumatic or electric angle grinders in conjunction with an M14 holder
Notice
- At high rotation speeds, a coarse grain acts like a finer grain, and at low rotation speeds, a fine grain acts like a coarser grain
- Use tools with a low contact pressure; high contact pressure leads to premature wear
- If chip removal is insufficient, do not increase the contact pressure, but instead use a coarser grit
- Enhanced process reliability: Whether you are working with an electric sanding file, tube belt sander, stationary contact grinding machine or angle grinder, a consistent surface quality is ensured

- For finishing, matting, satin finishing and blending with very low roughness depth
- No sanding through when machining body parts
- For removing discolouration, paint layers, surface rust, dirt and oxide layers, restoring slightly damaged surfaces and fine mattings and for deburring
