Filling and grouting plasterboards in dry interior finishing and for walls and ceilings, and for indoor plastering with concrete, aerated concrete and sand-lime brick substrates. Also ideal for surface filling.
As it is not resistant to abrasion, we advise against using as a final coating or in damp rooms.
It is recommended to use a paper reinforcement strip.
WLF joint and surface filler is applied with a steel spatula at a minimum temperature of +5°C. Then lay the fibreglass reinforcement strips (art. no. 0992500001) in the fresh filler and subsequently spread over it. The surface must be clean, load-bearing and dry. Maximum coat thickness: approx. 5 mm. Note the risk of discolouration through e.g. rust, nicotine, formwork oil or other similar substances. An insulating primer layer must be applied here. Wear a fine-dust mask when sanding. Thoroughly remove all dust from the sanded surface before applying wallpaper or paint.
Material consumption:
- Joint filling: approx. 1 litre for 4-6 running metres at 2-3x filling
- Surface filling: approx. 1 litre/m2 at 1 mm layer thickness
