WF joint and surface filler is suitable for filling and grouting plasterboard in dry interior finishing for walls and ceilings (with double planking in the first layer), and for indoor plastering from Q2 with concrete, aerated concrete and sand-lime brick surfaces. In addition, the filler is also ideal for surface filling on other materials such as concrete, lightweight concrete and Fermacell panels.
As it is not resistant to abrasion, we advise against using as a final coating or in damp rooms.
The surface must be clean, load-bearing, dry and free from dust, grease and loose particles. WF joint and surface filler is applied evenly with a steel spatula at a minimum temperature of +5°C. Then lay the fibreglass reinforcement strips in the fresh filler and subsequently spread over them. The maximum coat thickness is 3 mm. Wear safety goggles when sanding. Remove all dust from the sanded surface before applying wallpaper or paint. Pre-paste filled surface prior to wallpapering.
Material consumption:
Surface filling: 1 litre/m2 at 1 mm layer thickness
