For smoothing, evening out and levelling of load-bearing timber floors, parquet flooring, wooden chipboard (V100 etc.), specifically designed to even out cement and calcium sulphate-bound substrates in indoor areas. For evening out before laying ceramic, marble , natural stone, PVC, carpet coverings or hot screeds. For evening out melted tarmac surfaces of quality class IC10 up to 5 mm in thickness.
- Substrates must be firm, load-bearing and free of cracks.
- Mix CERAfix 204-2 in a clean container with cold tap water homogeneously and without lumps.
- Give the product approximately 3 minutes to mature and then stir through and apply.
- When the mixture can be poured, pour it onto the prepared surface and spread with a smoothing trowel or blade to obtain the required layer thickness.
- During application, self-levelling occurs, meaning that smoothing over or sanding is not generally necessary.
- Optimum deaeration of the material is achieved by processing the surface with a spiked roller.
- Protect the curing CERAfix 204-2 from sunlight, draughts, frost and excessively high room temperatures (≥ +25°C).
- For more important information, please refer to the technical data sheet.
