- The application temperature must not drop below +5°C

- Shelf life: 18 months, stored upright in a frost-free environment
- The sealant must not be used in damp environments
- Must not be applied if the sealant is exposed to heavy rain, successive frost and thawing, UV radiation or condensation water
- Must not be painted over as the paint coat would hamper foaming in the event of fire
