Variants

  • The material exhibits a very high level of strength with residual impact resistance, very low warping tendency and very good layer adhesion

  • The good heat and media resistance make it suitable for all applications for high-strength parts.

  • Attractive matt surface finish. Very rigid filament, which can break in the feed if bending radii are small

  • With low wall thickness, printed components can become very flexible when exposed to moisture; so F3 PA-CF Lite is recommended in this case

  • The material differs from F3 PA-CF Lite in terms of increased strength, improved printability and increased sensitivity to moisture during printing

Advantages

  • High-performance PA 6-based polyamide

  • 15 % carbon fibres by weight

  • High strength; moderate water absorption

  • Very low warping

  • Excellent adhesion to printbed

  • Matt black finish

Application instructions

  • The use of abrasion-resistant nozzles is strongly recommended

  • The filament must be stored and printed in a dry environment for the best printing results

  • A drying box and drying agent/desiccant are recommended
Notice

The use of abrasion-resistant nozzles is strongly recommended. The filament must be stored and printed dry for the best printing results.
