Variants
- In contrast to other locking systems, the locking elements in 4KS cylinders slide along the curve cuts on the key
- A total of 12 unsprung, solid locking pins are moved into specific positions via positive control of the 6 key curves and queried via 2 mechanical bars
- The key's overlapping curve cut makes it virtually tamper-proof
- The integrated drill protection in each cylinder provides additional protection
- Vertical key duct
- 3 strong 4KS nickel-silver keys are supplied with each cylinder
- Each system in an order (half, double or thumbturn cylinder) is unique and is manufactured to customer specifications
- A security card (proof of ownership) is provided with each system

All article numbers included in an order from the 4KS system are delivered with identical locking. Each new order comes with a new keyed-alike lock.
Locking systems are special-order products. The customer does not have the right to return or exchange the product.
Subsequent and replacement deliveries are only possible when proof of ownership (security card) is presented to the fitting centre.
Delivery time is approx. 10-15 working days; if the order includes cylinders that are 61 mm or longer on the cylinder side, this is extended to 20 working days.
