- Place the die in the die holder adapter and lock it.
- Optionally, the matching die guide included in the scope of delivery can be used for a simple, vertical cut. To do this, push the die guide straight into the slot of the die holder with the triangle pointing forward and secure it by a quarter turn.
- It is essential to remove the guide after cutting.
- Clamp the adapter securely in the drill chuck of the cordless drill driver or the lathe.
- Apply coolant or lubricant and cut the male thread.
