SERMA - SECURITY-RELATED REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE AUTHORISATION



The SERMA Regulation entered into force in Germany on 01/04/2024. A workshop approval and employee authorisation to access theft- and safety-related repair and maintenance information (RMI) is required for this.



Workshops and their employees working with the original manufacturer's diagnostics and the remote service must be SERMA-certified.
