In accordance with TRbF 143 (Technical Rules for Flammable Liquids), plastic portable vessels with a volume of over 5 l for active storage of flammable liquids with a flash point up to 35°C may only be used if they are sufficiently conductive of static electricity, or are provided with sufficient conductive outfitting in the case of active storage.
