Sound protection cable box without fire protection
Sound protection for electrical cables for wall bushings in sensitive areas. Consists of a sheet steel housing with internal sound insulation inserts without fire resistance.

- The box is divisible and can also be laid around the cable tray after laying the cable and then be mortared into the wall opening. One of the new silencer plugs on each side of the box form the end profile.
- The sound protection box has a unique mounting system for easy installation. It can be flexibly adapted to the width of the existing cable tray, so that the same cable box can be used for all smaller cable trays. The sound protection box and cable tray are soundproofed by the mounting system to the greatest extent possible. The sound protection box thus achieves a higher airborne sound insulation value.
In order to ensure the greatest possible informative value during testing, we have also tested large cable cross-sections, as these involve relatively large cable gussets, which can make continuous sound insulation more difficult. With many relatively small cables and correspondingly smaller gussets, the tests have shown that the sound insulation value tends to improve with increased filling. The opposite applies for large gussets.
