Anchors are a common component in construction. The increasingly complex world of construction has led to the increasingly intensive scientific investigation of anchor technology in the context of product development. New anchor systems take into account the increasing diversity of building materials and the required cost-effectiveness. The scientific findings have been reflected in numerous regulations and standards, e.g. EN 1992-4 "Eurocode 2 - Design of concrete structures - Part 4: Design of fastenings for use in concrete". As a result, it is no longer possible to design an anchor based on a simple, quick and easy-to-understand manual calculation
