Preventive use for sealing micro-leaks on metal and rubber components as well as for locating leaks in vehicle air-conditioning systems.
Can be used in all vehicle air-conditioning systems
1. Remove the protective cap of the low- (blue) and high-pressure (red) connections.
2. Evacuate the circuit using an air conditioning service unit and extract the refrigerant.
3. Create a vacuum for at least 10 minutes, then maintain this at min. 60 % for another 10 minutes
4. Before connecting the air-conditioning leak stop Plus to the low-pressure connection (blue) of the cooling circuit, fill the hose with air-conditioning leak stop Plus slowly to purge the air.
5. Turn the air-conditioning leak stop Plus can upside down and use it to fill the cooling circuit (approx. 20 seconds)
6. Disconnect the air-conditioning leak stop Plus from the low-pressure connection.
7. Fill the cooling circuit with refrigerant in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
8. Disconnect the air-conditioning service unit from cooling circuit.
9. Screw the protective cap back onto low- (blue) and high-pressure (red) connections.
10. Allow the air-conditioning unit to run for approx. 15-20 minutes so that the air-conditioning leak stop Plus can be distributed throughout the cooling circuit.
