The DIANOZ 3D printer nozzle ensures uniform material extrusion, smooths the component surface during printing and offers maximum wear protection even with highly abrasive materials.
This is due to the sophisticated geometry in combination with the unique tip made of synthetically manufactured diamonds. This polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is in no way inferior to the natural gemstone and makes DIANOZ a game changer for FDM, FFF and FGF technology.
