Application area

The Original Prusa XL 3D printer features five extruders and a large build area of 360x360x360 mm, making it suitable for precise and large-format printing projects in a range of applications. 3D printing is a process that builds layer-by-layer to create three-dimensional products. It can be used to print demonstration models, prototypes, spare parts and even series parts. With the individual tool heads, you can easily insert different materials and combine them during a single print job. You can combine Flex with PETG and use PLA for supports that can easily be removed. If your project requires more advanced and expensive materials such as PCCF, you can use a less expensive material to print supports and reduce the overall cost.
