  • Tested adhesion for "stay-in-place formwork elements"* by MPA Braunschweig. Test number: 5131/2446-a

  • Tested stress group D4 in accordance with DIN/EN 204 by ift Rosenheim. Test number: 55524676

  • Tested heat resistance to WATT 91 by ift Rosenheim. Test number: 555 34457

*Stay-in-place formwork elements: The wood cement flat-pressed panels are used in building construction for ring beam formwork, ceiling edge formwork and lintel formwork. The formwork is encapsulated in concrete and remains in the element, giving the name "stay-in-place formwork".

Application area

Gluing house door panels, stairway steps, handrails, stay-in-place formwork elements made of wood-cement flat pressed boards, baseboards, processing natural stone, metal window construction, window construction, window sills, laminated claddings, general repairs and assembly connections. For gluing wood, MDF, HPL laminate boards, chipboards, cork, laminate materials, aluminium, painted aluminium, steel, iron, stainless steel, ABS, hard PVC, GFRP, rubber/neoprene, polyamide (6.6), polycarbonate, painted surfaces, concrete, plaster, aerated concrete, gypsum plasterboard, natural stone, artificial stone, cement fibre boards, fibreglass boards, ceramic, porcelain, marble, artificial stone, leather, fabric, hard foams including of phenolic resin, polystyrene and polyurethane. Not suitable for PP, PE, PMMA and bitumen substrates.

  • The surfaces of the substrates to be glued must be dry and free of dust and grease. Remove any release agent that may be present. Depending on the material and information in the optimisation table, pre-treat with Activating Cleaner art. no. 089010060 or cleaner type 60 art. no. 0892130030, as well as AdhesionPlus metal art. no. 089010061, AdhesionPlus plastic/wood/stone art. no. 089010062 or primer art. no. 089054510.

  • The multi high-strength adhesive is applied to one of the bonded parts as a bead on one side, or applied over the whole surface using the toothed spatula. The adhesive is moisture-curing, i.e. when gluing non-absorbent materials or very dry materials to each other, the applied adhesive has to be additionally sprinkled with water to achieve complete hardening.

  • The components to be joined are pressed together within the skin formation time (max. 2 min after wetting) and held until functional strength is achieved. Depending on the material, the amount applied should be approx. 150–300 g/m².

Packaging unit

The packaging unit defines the number of articles in one packaging. In the catalog segment you can choose from different packaging units if a pop-up menu is displayed.

Just leave the field empty if you don't know the packaging unit when directly entering the article number in the shopping basket or when importing with Easy-/VarioScan. The packaging unit will be determined automatically.

Structure of our article number

The article number is made up of the following: VVVVAAABBB
VVVV = 4 digits for prefix number (please note that the first digit is currently always 0)
AAA = 3 digits for dimension part 1
BBB = 3 digits for dimension part 2

Example article number structures:
Example 1: Screw with dimensions of 4x10 mm:
00574 10 (2 spaces between the 4 and the 10)

Example 2: Screw with dimensions of 10x20 mm:
005710 20 (1 space between the 10 and the 20)

Example 3: Flat washer with an internal diameter of 6 mm:
