Twist drill bit
- Self-centring
- HC (High Speed Cutting) grinding and precise rake ensure consistent drilled hole quality while at the same time guaranteeing a high degree of precision and a long service life
- The plain groove ensures very good chip removal
Machine tap
- Rake precisely tailored to aluminium
- Optimised micro-geometry
- The spiral point and the smoothed surface in the plain design minimise material adhesions and guarantee very good chip removal.
Suitable for the ORSY® system, compact and practical system cassette with useful details, such as stackability, optimised joint and simple opening
- Sufficient coolant and lubricant must be added during drilling and when cutting threads
- For further information, please refer to the individual products.
Datasheets(X)
Before reversing the screw tap, make sure to remove the spiral point of the tool fully out of the drill hole. Failure to do so may cause cutting edges to chip or the tool to break.
