- Fire resistance class R 90 in accordance with DIN 4102 Part 11
- For wall and ceiling ducts for non-flammable pipes that have flammable or non-flammable insulation, e.g. for cold piping insulated with cold natural rubber
- Material is laid around the insulation with a thickness of 1.5 mm (at least one layer; several layers for larger pipe diameters, pursuant to construction test certificate P-3333/2736-MPA BS) and fixed in place with a self-adhesive coating
