Can be used anywhere where areas must be kept permanently clear and where it is not permitted to place objects - e.g. in front of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, fire detectors, electrical sub-distributor boards, on escape routes, in front of doors and in delivery and manoeuvring zones. The floor sign is placed in an easily visible location directly in the respective area or on the access routes/entrances, so that the prohibition on placing items is immediately recognisable and blockages can be reliably avoided.
Due to its high adhesive strength, the floor sign can be driven over by forklifts and industrial trucks as well as walked on by pedestrians. The self-adhesive floor sign is made of a PP film, which is printed from behind and then coated with acrylate adhesive. The 0.7 mm thick PP film ensures that the sign is particularly durable and not prone to turning brittle.
The highly durable floor sign is suitable for concrete, asphalt and a wide range of common industrial flooring. Even on rough surfaces, the thick adhesive layer ensures very good adhesion.
For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces, particularly concrete and asphalt.
When peeling, do not touch the adhesive area and try to remove the protective film in one piece. Immediately position and stick the floor sign in place. Press firmly. To ensure a particularly even finish, we recommend using a press-on roller.
Avoid air pockets and ensure correct positioning, as it will not be possible to remove it again, due to the high adhesive strength. The floor sign can be fully loaded immediately after application.
