Can be used in any area needing to be kept clear at all times - e.g. in front of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, electrical distribution boards, escape routes, gates, delivery and turning areas. The floor sign is to be placed in an easily visible location directly in the relevant area and/or at the entrances/exits so that the no parking notice can be seen in good time and blockages are prevented.
The floor sign can be walked and driven over by pallet jacks and forklifts due to its strong adhesive force. The self-adhesive floor sign comprises a PP film printed on the reverse and then coated with an acrylate adhesive. The sign is particularly durable and does not tend to become brittle, due to the 0.7 mm thick PP film.
The highly durable floor sign is suitable for concrete, asphalt and a wide range of common industrial flooring. Exhibits very strong adhesion even to slightly textured surfaces due to the thick layer of adhesive.
For optimal adhesion, the substrate must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces - particularly concrete and asphalt.
When peeling, do not touch the adhesive area and try to remove the protective film in one piece. Immediately position and stick the floor sign in place. Press firmly. We recommend a pressure roller for a particularly uniform finish.
Avoid air pockets and ensure correct positioning, as it will not be possible to remove it again, due to the high adhesive strength. The floor sign can be driven over or walked on immediately after application.
