Maximum adhesive strength is achieved on clean, smooth surfaces. If applied to uneven surfaces, particularly outdoors, adhesion may be reduced or may not last as long.

For use anywhere industrial trucks (e.g. stackers/pallet jacks) are not permitted - such as in pedestrian areas, on escape and rescue routes, in front of emergency exits, in narrow passageways and in other safety-critical areas. The floor sign is to be positioned in a highly visible location directly in the affected area and/or at relevant access points so that the prohibition can be recognised in good time.
The self-adhesive floor sign comprises a PP film printed on the reverse and then coated with an acrylate adhesive. The sign is particularly durable and does not tend to become brittle, thanks to the 0.7 mm thick PP film. The floor sign can be walked and driven over by pallet jacks and stackers thanks to its strong adhesive force.
The highly durable floor sign is suitable for concrete, asphalt and a wide range of common industrial flooring. Exhibits very strong adhesion even to slightly textured surfaces thanks to the thick layer of adhesive.
For optimal adhesion, the surface must be clean, dry and free from release agents such as grease, oil, surfactants, dirt and dust. The use of butyl primer is also recommended on certain surfaces - particularly concrete and asphalt.
When peeling, do not touch the adhesive area and try to remove the protective film in one piece. Immediately position and stick the floor sign in place. Press firmly. We recommend a pressure roller for a particularly uniform finish.
Avoid air pockets and ensure correct positioning, as it will not be possible to remove again due to the high adhesive force. The floor sign can be fully loaded immediately after application.
