TPU 64D is the hardest elastomer in the flexible product line. It has a relatively high stiffness while maintaining a certain level of flexibility
- TPU 64D combines strength and flexibility and is ideal for fused filament fabrication
- It is based on the tried-and-tested thermoplastic polyurethane, Elastollan, which ensures reliability, consistent quality and cost effectiveness
- Compatible with water-soluble support materials
- Its outstanding property profile makes it an excellent alternative to rubber and ABS for the manufacturing of tools, equipment and brackets
- It can be printed easily on direct printers and Bowden-style printers and is compatible with the soluble BVOH support material to realise even the most complex geometries
- It is based on food-grade raw materials (granules) suitable for use in applications involving contact with food in accordance with the EU's plastics regulation
