Noise and heat insulating effect
The variety of cells filled with air in the cork shred ensures that the dispersion spray cork is an insulating material that is effective at reducing heat and cold permeability and achieves excellent noise insulation.
Ecologically safe and environmentally friendly
High-quality alternative natural product that does not release any chemical substances during curing.
Can be sanded and painted over
Once cured, the dispersion spray cork can be sanded and painted over with the suitable paint systems.
Tested properties:
- EMICODE EC1 Plus certification tested by GEV - the Association for the Control of Emissions in Products for Flooring Installation, Adhesives and Building Materials.
- General test certificate from construction authorities
- Joint sound insulation in accordance with DIN 52210
- Thermal resistance in accordance with EN 12667: 2001 of 0.552m² k/W
- Fire behaviour tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 11925-2
- Fire behaviour classified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13501-1
Our products featuring the EMICODE label are low emission/environmentally compatible. The EMICODE classification system awards labels to construction products that comply with the very stringent health and environmental requirements of recognised institutes.
To improve adhesion to absorbent surfaces such as concrete, stone, etc., pre-treatment of the adhesive surfaces with a primer is recommended. A 500 ml tubular bag is sufficient for approx. 5 running metre joint. (10x10 mm2 joint cross-section)

Datasheets(X)
The dispersion spray cork is suitable for insulation, noise and heat insulation of connection joints in parquet and cork areas, between window frames and masonry and on doors and partition walls. It is also suitable for other possible noise and heat insulation applications.
The adhesive surfaces must be solid, load-bearing, clean, dry and free from grease and dust. To improve adhesion to absorbent surfaces such as concrete, stone, etc., pre-treatment of the adhesive surfaces with a primer is recommended. Adhesion and compatibility with plastics should be tested for each object. When applying to coated surfaces, test compatibility in advance. Insert the dispersion spray cork into the manual pressure gun (article no. 0891 400 600) and apply pressure to squirt the cork evenly onto the joint edges. The joints must be evenly filled. Use up open containers as quickly as possible. Immediately smooth the surface with a damp spatula, smoothing tool, jointer or your fingers. Once fully hardened, the dispersion spray cork must be protected from the weather with an elastic sealant. An elastic joint sealant must also be applied on the room side. For more information, please refer to the technical data sheet.
