Instructions

Steps for installing as series milling jig:

1. Mount the series milling jig. (The length stops can be adjusted separately for DIN R + DIN L doors and are inserted in the door rebate.)

2. Define the hinge location

3. Align the door milling jig with the frame milling jig (take into account upper rebate space on door milling jig of min. 4 mm.)

4. Determine the lip thickness. (To guarantee the stability of the milling jig for a lip thickness of 18 mm, we recommend using the supplied stick-on spacer pieces.)

5. Clamp the series milling jig onto the door leaf (insert in the door rebate)

6. Insert the template in the milling jig and make the cuts (stop ring: 30 mm diameter, milling jig: 20 mm diameter, milling depth: 50 mm)

7. Remove the series milling jig

8. Clean the recesses

9. Insert and secure the hinges

10. Insert the door leaf in the frame and check it works
