For mounting the underride guard and underbody with a loss-proof curved spring washer for fast assembly without losing parts
- M8 x 20 mm, TX45, strength class 8.8, full thread
- Corrosion-resistant tested in the salt spray test NSS in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227: ≥ 720 h
- Thread with MK85 coating according to DIN to work in conjunction with threadlocker
- The micro-encapsulated (MK) thread coating supports threadlocker and counteracts loosening due to vibrations
- In accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, the screw must be replaced every time the underbody protection is removed in order to ensure the required pre-tension force and secure connection and to minimise the risk of loosening, noise, consequential damage and customer complaints.
