EMICODE EC1plus: Very low emissions: The EMICODE classification system distinguishes the environmental and health compatibility of construction products. The lowest-emission products bear the EC1plus mark.
- Protect the product from sunlight, draughts, driving rain, frost and excessively high temperatures (≥ +25 °C) during drying.
- The material must not be diluted with water once it has started setting.
- The product has an alkaline reaction to moisture.
- This product has a low chromate content in accordance with directive 2003/53/EC-GISCODE ZP 1.
Special construction: Würth PRINETO thin-layer heating systems
- Select a suitable primer based on the properties of the substrate.
- Lay, connect and test the Würth PRINETO thin-layer heating system.
- Encase the heating system with CERAfix 201-2 floor-levelling compound.
- Wait at least 24 hours before performing the functional heating test (see below).
- Please note: The heating pipes must be covered with at least 5 mm of compound and the system plate (castellated floor panels) must be covered with at least 3 mm of compound.
- All CERAfix PLUS adhesives can be used to bond WÜRTH 310G special fabric (reinforcement fabric), CERAfix 205 uncoupling fleece or CERAfix 305 waterproofing/uncoupling membrane.
- Use CERAfix 510 thin-joint flexible mortar or CERAfix PLUS 515 2C epoxy resin adhesive and joint mortar for cement grouting.
Functional heating
- The system is heated to a flow temperature of 25 °C for 24 hours.
- The surface is then heated at the maximum flow temperature permitted for the system for a further 24 hours.
- The heating is then turned off and the floor should cool down evenly.
- Once the floor has reached room temperature, the surface is inspected.
- If there is no damage, the top coat can be applied. Due to our manufacturing process, this floor-levelling compound is also suitable for glued parquet flooring.
- Additional notes on drying: Can be covered with glued parquet (two-layer or multi-layer parquet only) after approx. 48 hours for layer thicknesses up to 3 mm; otherwise, allow approx. 1 week per 10 mm layer thickness.
| Substrate | Possible layer thickness |
| Cement-based substrates | Not thinned out 2-30 mm Thinned out* up to 40 mm |
| Anhydride-bound substrates | 2-20 mm |
| Poured asphalt | 2-10 mm |

For levelling uneven floors indoors before laying ceramic, marble, natural stone and PVC coverings, carpeting, floating parquet and laminate etc. and encasing Würth PRINETO thin-layer heating systems and similar systems.
Suitable for untreated concrete ceilings, concrete floors, heated and unheated cement screeds in accordance with DIN 18560, old, firmly adhered tile coverings and quick-drying cement screed, as well as top surfaces in cellars and in attics. Beware of rising damp!
In a clean container, mix the levelling compound (25 kg) with 4.5 to 4.75 litres of clean, cold tap water so that there are no lumps in the compound. Give the product approx. 3 minutes to mature and then stir thoroughly again. Then pour the fresh mortar onto the prepared surface and spread with a smoothing trowel or blade to obtain the required layer thickness.
