Special reinforced angle connector for load-bearing wood/steel and wood/concrete joints for base anchorage of solid wooden walls in timber structures. Optimal positioning of the angle during assembly thanks to the slot in the foot plate.
  • Ideal for use with solid wooden wall constructions thanks to simple screw fastening

  • Very high load-bearing capacities

  • Sheet metal hot-dip galvanised on both sides (D11 + Z275) in line with EN 10111:1998, thickness 4 mm with subsequent thermal hot-dip galvanisation (55 µm)

3) For the load F4/5,d, the additional force F1,d = F4/5,d × e/b must be taken into account and, if necessary, proof of interaction must be provided.
4) If one angle bracket is used for each connection, the connected component must be secured against twisting.
5) Loads F4,d and F5,d act on the upper edge of the connected component. Securing against twisting is not required.

For an 11 mm, 12 mm and 13.5 mm hole, a washer with t = 2.5 mm must be used.
The specified load-bearing capacities apply to coniferous wood with 350 kg/m³ ≤ ρk ≤ 420 kg/m³.
For wood with 290 ≤ ρk < 350 kg/m³, the specified load-bearing capacities for wood must be multiplied by the factor kdens:
Design values of the load-bearing capacities: Fi,Rd = min {Fi,wood,Rd; Fi,steel,Rd}
Failure of fasteners in wood: Fi,wood,Rd = kmodM,wood × Fi,wood,Rk with ƳM,wood = 1.3
Steel failure of the connector: Fi,steel,Rd = Fi,steel,RkM,steel with ƳM,steel = 1.0
For several simultaneous loads, the following condition must be met:
The specified nailing patterns must be observed in accordance with the relevant ETA-08/0214.
The bolt loads are calculated from the actions F1,d , F2/3,d and F4/5,d

As fasteners, 4x40 mm ring-shank nails in accordance with EN 14592 or 10x60/50 mm ASSY screws in accordance with ETA-11/0190 must be used.
ETA 08/0214 specifications must be observed with respect to nail pattern. The prescribed nailing patterns must be used.
The load-bearing capacities indicated are for coniferous wood with a characteristic density of ρk ≥ 350 kg/m³.
The design value of the load-bearing capacity is calculated as follows: F1,Rd = kmod/γM × F1,Rk with M = 1.3.
The design value of the tensile force in the anchor bolt FB,Ed must be calculated using the design value of the tensile force of a tension anchor F1,Ed.
