The surface must have the correct pre-treatment depending on the surface. Not suitable for powder coatings (temperatures too high)

Application area

As a high-quality primer in machine and boat construction, in agriculture, and for chemical transporters. Ideal primer for aluminium structures, e.g. in the bus sector, because it can be coated with filler. Surfaces: Painted surfaces, bare sheet steel, filled surfaces, can be coated with polyester fillers once cured. Reworking with PU sealants, e.g. Bond+Seal Can be painted over with all commercially available paints. Available colours: FC 0006 = light grey

Instructions

Mixture by weight: 5:1 with epoxy hardener with universal thinner. Diluting adjustment depending on coat thickness up to 25 vol.%. Application tools: Brush, roller or paint spray gun, minimum nozzle size 1.6 mm



Can be painted over with all 1-component and 2-component products, at the earliest after 1 hour, at the latest after 24 hours, as sanding must be repeated after 24 hours.
