Application area

High-strength spray adhesive plus is suitable for bonding various materials, such as metal (bare, phosphated, baked, primed, painted and anodised), wood and polyester materials, leather, synthetic leather, cloth, vinyl, rubber, foam rubber and polyether and polyester foams. Another application option is bonding PE films (e.g. splash-water films inside vehicle doors) and for covering and packaging work.

Instructions

Thoroughly clean surfaces to be adhered and then spray them. For absorbent and/or textured substrates/surfaces the amount of adhesive applied must be increased. Spray the whole surface until saturated. The spraying distance should be approx. 15-25 cm. Before joining the surfaces to be adhered to one another, allow the adhesive to flash off for 5 to 15 minutes (depending on the material and application). The contact bonding time is approx. 45 minutes (depending on the ambient temperature).
